  • Just 300 metres down the road, The Crown --excellent food, wide selection of drinks and in a new, separate bar a wide screen TV for all those footie matches (and cricket!!) 01886 888840

  • The Masons (Arms), under a mile, food from round the world, focussing on Thai. Becoming really popular after its new look from early 2007. 01886 889064

  • The Talbot at Knightwick (3 miles)-- 14th century coaching inn, nationally known for its excellent food, own brewery, £12-£17.00. 01886 821235
